Tropical orange salad

Ensalada torpical de naranja

Ingredients (serves 4):
225 g raw beetroot
2 oranges
1 clove chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
2 pieces of celery
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 teaspoons vinegar or juice delimon
French mustard

Tropical salad preparation of OrangesCelery and beet:

Step 1: Grate the beets, or cut it into slices and then into strips. Cut the celery into small pieces. Put both ingredients into a dish.
Step 2: Peel one of the oranges and cut into small pieces. Add the beets and celery.

Step 3: Squeeze another orange. Grate half (only the part Orange, none of the white) skin and mix with juice. Then add the oil, mustard and vinegar, and chopped garlic. Season and then mix very well.

Step 4: Add dressing to beets, celery and orange and mix. Put in the refrigerator.
