Flan de mandarina


8 eggs
250 g sugar
750 DC juice of Tangerine (foundry)
some mint leaves

How to make Flan de mandarilhas step by step:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the juice of mandarins.
  2. Pour the mixture into a caramelized pan and lead to water bath for 1 hour in moderate oven.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with cream or vanilla ice cream.
