Licor de mandarina

Shells of tangerines (I like to fill a cup).
2 cups brandy.
1/2 cup of water
A cup of sugar

Preparation. Steps of the Liquor's tangerines:

  1. Brandy mixed with Tangerine peels and let stand in the friorifico well tapadob for five days.
  2. Past this time prepare a syrup with the water and sugar. Strain the liquor with a clean cloth on the strainer.
  3. Then add the cold syrup, mix and is always well served cold.
